This company is a complete sham. They are selling nothing more than the same product you can buy on Aliexpress or Temu but at a higher cost. All the negative reviews are exactly the same experience I had, and all the positive reviews seem to be fake. They will not send you an e-mail with a passcode to the instruction manual or any information period about the instruction manual. I had to go searching all over their website for a manual only to find out I couldn't even access the link without a password. When I contacted them, I never received an apology for the poor experience, I also never got the passcode, just a copy of the PDF. It took over 24 hours to receive that as well. Since I was unaware of the existence of the instruction manual when I first installed the unit, numerous issues needed to be resolved. I contacted support about one of the issues, but it took 2 days or 48 hours to receive a response. Inbetween that time I figured everything out on my own without any manual. Finally, Bluetooth calls via Android auto never worked as audio never came through the speakers during calls. They were never able to give me a clear answer, or concise troubleshooting steps on this matter. Instead, they will berate you, tell you it's your fault it does not work, or your phone's fault and refuse to provide any actual helpful information. There's no point in following up with them, because they will just go in this circular argument of it's your fault or your phone's fault. After all this, they will refuse to accept a return. I troubleshoot this issue for hours on my personal time, only to conclude its a limitation of the "zlink" app. I have my fair share of experiences with other wireless Android auto adapters like AAWireless. Which had similar issues when it first launched, but this was resolved through software updates. However, zlink is "freeware" that isn't getting the same level of support and it just flat out doesn't work for many devices. They will never tell you this because, again they are not technical. They just have a PDF and a script and don't understand much beyond that. How android auto handles calls is it utilizes Bluetooth and wifi, whereas audio is purely handled via wifi (for better fidelity) So, that's why calls don't work. Because it's run over Bluetooth and zlink fails to handle this function properly, music streaming apps will work because they run on the phones wifi. The address listed on their website is not a valid address. This whole company is a scam, they are drop shipping the same product you get on other websites for half the price, and all you get in return is a lousy PDF, and if you have any issue outside of the trouble shooting steps in the PDF they don't know what to do so they'll blame you. Save your money and buy the same product for cheaper, you'll get the same level of support and service anyway.

Firstly ignorant fool, we are Asian entity. Many asian company have mail addresses in US and EU. We are Asian company who manufacture in Asia. This is hardly a secret. Your entire post is completely inaccurate and you are upset because you purchased the most complex device, ignored several warnings telling you to not purcahse ANDROID OS device if you have no experience, and then attempted to return it after several months of usage. Wireless adapters are not the same as these devices and they do not work in the same way. When you finally swallowed your pride and contacted our tech support line, it was exposed that you did not even read the instruction manual (that we sent you twice). Then you returned yet again with another "issue" where you were given the solution. You stopped responding to our engineer completely. Our units are not available on "ALiEXPRESS"or "TEMU" and neither is our firmware. We would know since we manufacture these devices. However please go ahead and purchase from there so they can laugh at you when you run into same issue due to your own incompetence. Our less honest countrymen will gladly sell you fake MTK processor or Snapdragon processor. This platform does not allow fake reviews either. You also tried lying to AFFIRM and they quickly discovered this. Even your own attempted technical explanation of how this device functions is inaccurate to anyone who understands ANDROID. For someone who needs to make finance payments on high-end electronic device for BMW, you have a lot of unearned pride. If any one wants screenshots of the full dialog between this person, they can message us and we will send. There are thosuands of shops and users who use these devices. Of course, people like you are always ready to defend pride at all expense. Matter fact this is why so many of our countrymen sell to on AliExpress. They buy the defective/refect C-STOCK equipment from factories such as ours and then offload them to fools like you so there is no repercussion. Oh by they way, this "buyer" has been turned away by other Chiniese and Taiwan seller factories previously because of this same behavior. We have screenshot of this also. J. HUNG
