Ordered my MMI box for CarPlay in BMW F30 2012. With a lot of back and forth with customer service it was concluded that there was an error with my package related to shipping. Bimmerdirect offered to give me a refund or try another shipment with a discount. Second try failed again sadly. Then they offered to fully refund as it had been a few months, and as a courtesy try one last time to send it to another address. It has been a half year after my order and I finally received the MMI. Installed it and it works perfect! Quality is good and easy to install. It’s fast and does not stutter while stile being able to use Bluetooth for my music. All in all I want to thank Xiang for his contact throughout this purchase. It took a while but it was all worth it.

I ordered an MMI+ Box Kit. At first, the seller was very communicative and told me the package was being held up by customs and would be resent. However, nothing happened afterward, and I eventually stopped receiving any responses. This went on for several months, despite me giving the seller plenty of time to resolve the issue. I finally opened a case at PayPal, and guess what, the seller did not respond to that either... After escalating the case to PayPal, they closed it in my favor, stating that the seller's tracking information was invalid, and issued me a full refund. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this shop. If you decide to take the risk anyway, I would strongly recommend using PayPal for buyer protection.

*********** SCAMMERS ************ Bought apple carplay months ago, they said it was sent but never sent it and said it was lost so supposedly sent another which they provided tracking details for and guess what over a month later and still nothing. I Left one Star Only because I can't leave none... These bunch of charlatans are the WORST company I have EVER delt with in my entire life. AVOID like the plague if you value your sanity, I originally ordered a Carplay unit from them on March 25th. I knew it was to come from Asia so waited around 7-8 weeks with No communication from them. I emailed multiple times but Never got a reply. I eventually WhatsApp them on June 2nd, again on June 7th before a reply on the 8th. He said my order was lost 🤷 Said would refund £40 and send order. 10 days later I message again as no refund or tracking available, I was then told he would refund payment and send order for free 🤔 Said I was happy with that after ALREADY waiting for 3 MONTHS 😡 Another 2 weeks pass without contract so I messaged again to be told "I've arranged order to be sent today" along with a tracking number. Fair enough I think. Wait Another 2 weeks and message today, as tracking number was just showing as lable created and Not dispatched, That's when the abuse started, they said "is this a joke, going to send unit for free and your upset"? Told him I was upset at waiting 4 MONTHS He then replied "Friend given conversation so far there is high chance you will complain regardless; Ok then I will cancel it and you can go buy one." 4 MONTHS spent Waiting all for Nothing, Then I get ABUSED 🤷 ⛔️⛔️...AVOID AT ALL COSTS...⛔️⛔️ Edit. I would also be wary of their 5 star reviews here as mentioned by a few others as they are nearly all 1st time reviewers...🤔 Edit 2 Hundreds of Thousands of reviews 😂😂😂 Only 63 and 1/3 of them 1 Star... I was nothing but Polite to you before YOU escalated conversation to Abuse, then you moan when I retaliate...🤷 Whats the saying "don't give it out if you can't take it...🤡 This just proves what loads of others say, probably a one man band, when Customers dare to ask where their orders are they are the met with a barrage of Abuse from YOU. You can reply to a review in minutes yet you ignore emails for weeks. 🤔🤷

The technical help offered by the bimmerdirect/eurodirect technician was excellent. They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, fixing my issue in a short period. 5 star service!

RACIST company called me Idiot caveman arab. The worst experience ever. The most rude, racist customer support I’ve experienced. They had to order me 3 screens over the course of nearly 3 months as none where delivered… the one that was delivered was incorrect and was missing parts to mount it. The customer service support was so rude told me to relax after waiting months for a screen that didn’t come. When the third order was placed I was ghosted for over a week with no confirmation … when I texted to ask him he just said he’s cancelling the order and said… Idiot caveman arab, Stupid idiot *******, Idiot you are truly born without brain If they just sent what I ordered right the first time it would be fine. Avoid this company unless you want serious delays, racist and rude customer service and to waste nearly 3 months trying to get a simple screen. Seems like a one man band with Ai automation in place to manage everything. Hence why terrible experience and delays.

Edit: after more than 3 months after ordering i have my navi installed, finally. Overall, i spent about 200euros in taxes and logistics out of my pocket but i also have the old navi that came back from USA ( they did not pick it up ). So i guess i ll have to sell it on secondary market to recoup my wasted money. I have edited the stars aswell from 1 to 3. They sent me the wrong product and the whole procedure to return and replace is a hassle because it's an export since im on a different continent, i had to pay transport/export taxes and apparently DHL told me they refused to pay some sort of tax for it to get received and it's coming back now, where i will have to pay another 20+ euro tax on top of the 125 euro transport i had to pay to send it back. On top, they said they'd reimburse me the transport tax i had to pay and i didn't receive any money back. All for their mystake, so far about ~150 euros wasted.
