Since changing their cards its gone down the toilet. I dont get my rent points anymore. Customer service absolutely sucks. If you get a secondary card for lets say your partner they make that person have to join Bilt even though Im the primary card holder. No other credit card forces you to do that. Im done. Stay away from this card. I will be cancelling mine tomorrow

BILT customer serice is by far the worst I have seen across various industries. They changed the card provider and forced their customers into transition, in the process they lowered credit limit on many of their customers. Their transition from wells Frgo to chase has been terrible with unclear instructions, causing me and many others recieve bills from Wells Frago, pa the balance and then they block the account because they have not cleared the transition process 20 days after the card is recieved. There is no worst customer service than this in the industry. Support is only via chat and email. You always end up getting poor and misleading information. This is a total train wreck.

Bilt 2.0 absolutely ruined the perfect credit card to earn points on rent! CEO got greedy! Absolutely, NO reason to carry this card any more!

I truly and utterly hate Bilt. I’ve never had any problems paying rent before until Bilt. I always set my rent aside with extra in it, because I have had many issues with rent payments. Bilt will take out an insufficient fund fee of $35 before it takes out my actual rent. This of course leads me to have actual insufficient funds. I, however, have to wait until all the charges hit from my leasing office for late fee and more insufficient funds which adds basically another $150-$200 on to my rent payment when I already had my rent ready to go. So next apartment complex I get I will avoid this software like the plague. Screw Bilt and the dumbass companies that are forcing us to use them.

I applied for and got approved of the Bilt 1.0 card in Nov and literally been using it for 3 months before they got ditched by Wells Fargo. The seamless transition was a lie and they tricked me into reapplying to the new card and was rejected because of “too many inquiries recently”. Hello? Wasn’t the inquiry from Nov when I applied to the Bilt 1.0? Why would we need to reapply for the new card? And they keep sending these wrong emails and later say “please disregard our previous emails”. You can just tell these people are so disorganized and f*cked after wells Fargo ditched them. Please put yourself together and wake up.

This App is terrible. The perks are a waste and the fees they charge are outrageous. They encourage you to pay rent with a credit card but have huge fees to do so. Hate that my rental community requires its use.
