Had to call and update address. Instead of just being able to make the change myself online in my account, I had to call and be put on hold forever. Now I have to send proof of new address, after verifying all my social and personal info with the agent. How stupid!

I am deeply frustrated and genuinely alarmed by my experience with Bilt's customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through their phone line and 24/7 app support, I've only encountered AI bots no option to speak with a real human. This lack of live support is unacceptable, especially for a financial service handling sensitive banking information. The issue I'm experiencing stems from a glitch in Bilt's system that prevents proper recognition of my Wells Fargo checking account, even though it was successfully set up via Plaid months ago (confirmed by an original email from Plaid) and reconfirmed last week. When I try to disconnect and reconnect the account through the Bilt app, I repeatedly get error messages, leaving me stuck and unable to resolve the problem.

The new changes after Bilt left Wells Fargo made the card horrible. It’s a crappy card with very minimal perks now.

As stated - just a really poor transition process. Apparently they switched from wells Fargo to Chase but again- the instructions were not clear and the notice was sooo short that many people have been forced to reapply with hard credit inquiries and lower credit limits. I joined in September and five months later all of this transpires. Its impossible to get a hold of customer service unless its a robot & when you do they basically tell you to kick rocks. I sent screen shots in with proof of vague wording and one notification of deadline (late at night & one hour before the deadline) And they won’t show any grace or take any accountability. Concept is great but frustration isn’t worth it. I have other rewards programs i can use.

This new bilt 2.0 really sucks your rent can no longer come out of your available credit line you have to link a checking account and it comes directly out of your checking account. The whole reason I got the card was for that one purpose. If I want to pay my rent with my checking account I can write a check our use my debit card. We need the old bilt back I see why the customer service phone line has very long wait times there's alot of pissed off people

Bilt has been a dumpster fire since the introduction of Bilt 2.0. I was approved for a card, given a subsatisfactory credit limit, and requested the card nearly two weeks before the deadline to apply. Two weeks after the deadline I still have no card in hand, cannot reach customer service on the matter, and attempts at servicing the card are met with a loop of AI chatbots and scripted responses. I am completely unsatisfied with the customer service and lack of transparency.

Have had horrible customer experience with the Bilt 2.0 card transition. They are fraudulent and I believe they did not post one of my payments to Wells Fargo. Just no communication whatsoever and playing with people's money is not ok.

Great card if you undderstand the point system now. Horrible customer support. If you need anything done be prepared to be on hold for over an hour and if you choose to chat with them be prepared to be told to call a number to be kept on hold for over an hour.
