Bilt Technologies, Inc.Reviews of biltrewards.com

I don't understand what this app is for honesty! We were forced to download the app to receive "rewards" if we pay rent on time. But I haven't received any when I always pay my rent on time even before the app. The free rent is ridiculous because I've never heard anyone actually "winning" a free rent.

Worst customer service experience. There’s no way to speak with a live representative, and the support options are extremely limited. I waited four minutes to connect to live chat, responded within five minutes, and the chat was already closed. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Well, it finally happened. Bilt upgraded and started to charge for the card. Now their customer service is absolute crap. Anyone who "upgraded" just lost all their statements for 2025. Trying to do your taxes? Need your statements? You're crap out of luck. They are sending folks to Wells Fargo and saying "Good Luck" trying to get your statements. I have never been so bewildered by the lack of accountability from a credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I predict bankruptcy in it's future.

Great, innovative CC, however, customer service is practically non-existent. They rely on AI chatbots. If you need to speak to a real person, there is no way to get someone on the phone. They claim they get real agents on the chat messenger, but it has been almost an hour of waiting in queue (as I type this), but still nothing. The reason for reaching out is because they transferred the wrong amount to the "new account" after dropping Wells Fargo. After reading a bunch of reviews on here, seems like the same goes for a lot of other angry customers. Also, they're very unclear about how to get bonuses. They told me if I used my card at a certain restaurant, I would receive 6X the points. When I noticed I only received 3X, they told me it was because I didn't use it on the first of the month "RENT DAY." I looked and looked and no where does it say that I need to use it on the 1st of the month to receive 6X. They apologized for the misunderstanding. I was only able to receive 6X the points after I threatened to get my lawyer involved. They're sneaky and near scammer territory.

DO NOT USE THIS CARD. Complete scam. Customer support non-existent.

While I was excited to give Bilt 2 Palladium card a try, it’s been extremely disappointing experience and one issue after another. One would hope that Bilt would ensure that product is ready before it’s rolled out. Aside from activation and transaction view issues, the latest is that all Bilt credit card payments made through Bilt are held for 5 days before they post even though the funds are deducted from the checking account the same day. Which means Bilt receives the funds and is utilizing them but doesn’t credit the account for almost a week. While I can understand that there maybe a 24 hour processing time same as other financial institutions, the fact that Bilt holds customers funds for their own use for 5 days before posting is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing

This is an unmitigated horrible fail. Been at this for 5 days now. 1) 'They' stick you with the Wells Autograph card whether you said you didn't want it or not. 2) All notification ability is gone (i.e. new transaction etc.) 3) Paypal dissapeared as a payment method. 4) I tried to set-up a second Mortgage Payment - but Plaid keeps failing, but I did get messages it worked - but unconfirmable 5) There is ZERO support in any chat. Just some note it's busy.

Horrible customer service. Impossible to talk to a human. No landlord should partner with Bilt.
