I just recently started the process with Bikham and the service has been great. The initial person that I started with for information, was Uday. Very patient and helpful. The next person was equally helpful and helped me to gather my needed information and was very helpful in guiding me, her name is Poonam. Both exceptional. I look forward to seeing good outcomes. Being new to the credentialing process I didn't know what to expect. However, I found Poonam to be extremely knowledgeable and supportive. She walked me through every step, and was extremely patient as we navigated several credentialing issues. Poonam made a potentially stressful process easy and enjoyable! Amazing person and even more amazing customer service! 1/31- Updating Poonam is a very nice person, but I feel that she may be overwhelmed. I have gotten subpar customer service, and I feel like I am harassing her to get information on where we stand. Still awaiting an update as despite doing everything asked, we still haven't gotten credentialed.

This is a very tedious and time-consuming process. I attempted this process a few times because I was trying to cut costs. However, I am delighted to allow this company to help me. When I started this process with Bikham Healthcare, it was a hassle due to my busy schedule. I filled out the necessary information, but it did not pull over into their portal. Once I began the call Poonam I was so frustrated because I had to take the time to supply her with all of the information again. After doing so, I felt a lot better talking with her because she took her time and explained to me that there were many moving parts to this process, and I am just so thankful that I had her as my account representative. It was an informative process, and I felt confident in the process once we ended our call.

They have been helpful with the credentialing process. Jordan and his team have done a good job.
