This has been the best experience throughout this whole business process. Poonam was so helpful in answering all my questions and assisting in getting all my required documents together. 100% recommend this Binkham and Poonam would be my recommendation for anyone new to trying setup a first-time business and figure out the credentialing process.

My experience with Dylan was very good and satisfactory. He gave me a callback promptly after I left him a message and exhibits excellent professionalism. He was very patients with me and entertained all questions I have and provided very comprehensive answers. I look forward to talking with him again.

Engagement started March 2022. 2 Professional entities to be credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid and United Health care. All documentation provided, ensured weekly followup calls with rep but no response from cms coming. Still don't know why after 6 months credentialing was not completed. Very frustrating as claims are being held. Impact on office revenue causing financial burden. there is no way any payer takes 6 months to credential , not even cms. I have expressed my disatisfaction to Sales Rep at which time a new rep was assigned. I am hopeful after my interactions with Jordan that the end is near. VCare Primary Care
