I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get credential for Insurance with there Medical Clinic. We have been waiting 105 days, spent $2400 and we can't get anyone to answer our emails, phone calls or even tell us what is happening with getting us set up with insurance companies. They took our money and scammed us. And we are a Non-Profit Clinic which is even worst that that scammed a Non-Profit Organization. Do not use them, I would rather pay more money for a company that cares about there clients. This one does NOT.

I have had a similar experience to those written here. Jillian, Jordan, Jon all the same. Difficult to understand, they don't have any familiarity with my account, I began this process in March 2022. I just found out that my application for credentialing to Medicare hasn't been updated since March when I first hired them.

One star is too many. I began this process in June. They told me the process would take 6-8 weeks. Here we are in mid November and they've done about 1/3 of the work they were paid for. Very few status reports (which aren't even accurate), not every 2 weeks like they promised. They've been consistently deceptive and have outright lied to me several times. The high percentage of 5 star reviews looks suspiciously like a service they paid for, because no one I know has had an even slightly positive experience with them. They are either massively incompetent, scammers, or both. Constant misrepresentation since day 1. A cursory review of some of these 5 star ratings indicates that they may be very suspicious in nature. The wording, misspellings, and the specifics of poor grammar are quite similar in many of these reviews. A quick look at the time period in which these 5 star reviews all seemed to appear is suspect as well. Once some negative reviews came up, a flood of awesome reviews appeared. As dishonest and unethical as this company has been with me, I would not be at all surprised if these reviews were not genuine. Maybe Google might want to review them for validity. Interestingly, they attempted (through three layers of management) to pressure me to take down my initial negative review, without making any progress toward resolves the issues. I noticed the plethora of suspicious 5 star reviews some time after that conversation.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. An absolute mess of a company. Been waiting since March for Medicare enrollment to be done correctly and no one is competent enough to rectify the mistakes they made. Would have been better off filling out my own applications. 100% filing a complaint to the federal business bureau and will sue for the damages that happened to my business for all the time I spent waiting on a bunch of absolute morons.

So I started my credentialing journey in May 2022. I was told it was a 60-90 day process, I was also promised a weekly update. It’s now November, 6 months later and I’m still waiting for the process to be complete. I’m unable to get in touch with Jillian, the person who initially stated the process for me and switched me over to Jorden, whom I was to get weekly updates from. I haven’t received a weekly update in over a month and when I do call, the only I’m told is everything is still in process.

Had a wonderful Experience , started Credentialing, very professional , courteous and Knowledgeable. Kind to waive off fee for new NPI acquisition for new Business entity. Will definitely recommend !

My experience with Bikham Healthcare was wonderful. I worked with Prabhat Singe and found him to be efficient, knowledgeable about the Medicare application I appreciated that he kept me up to date with each step of this complicated procedure.
