Poonam has been great following up on getting all the required documents for the credentialing process. She is very accessible and stays on top of the entire application process.

It's been a great experience so far. Just today, Poonam helped us set-up our CAQH account. She has been so patient with us throughout this process. Hopefully we'll be credentialed soon.

They made the application process simple. I was going to have to fill out 14 or more applications myself which was completely overwhelming. I also knew that there would be errors for sure on my part which would cause delays in the process...I did NOT want to do this myself.

Dylan was super helpful! He answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He helped me to weigh my options and start my credentialing process with ease!

BE CAREFUL…..AVOID THIS COMPANY ….BIG SCAMMERS ….no body There knows what he’s doing … be careful and please don’t go with this company…. They don’t even deserve the one star …. I signed the contract for insurance credentialing with Bikham back in September/2022 , and all documents collected by 10/07/2022…. And after that ; I got email saying that I will get updated status report every 2 weeks , which I hardly did , I had to chase them to get that report every time . And every time I get the report , I it has update about submitting to the insurance,,,, insurance received application,,,,, and keep going till Monday 01/09/2023 …. I get the report after a week chasing for it , and it says that they couldn’t find 3 applications when they contacted insurance, at that point , I got scared , so I contacted all 22 insurance companies that I was supposed to apply for insurance credentials with them , and the disaster was when I heard from them all , no one Has any application in process for me , NONE , not even single one …. I went crazy , they delayed my business for 4 months …. What business is this …. I worked with Harini and Jordan … and it’s obviously, they had no clue On what they are doing ….. I’m in process to sue them for the loss and delay they caused my business….please please don’t fall in their trap….
