The service is great! The representatives are responsive and provide timely updates throughout the credentialing process.

I choose Bikham because of the connections they have within the credentialing industry and I cannot be happier.

Please save your money. This company works remotely, therefore making it difficult to contact or communicate. I contracted with them in April of 2021 at which time the representative had no idea of Pennsylvania Medicare and Medicaid. He randomly submitted applications with no follow-up after complaining and placing an unsatifactory review I was contacted by Management. The process appeared to be getting better but I later realized it was to remove the awful reviews from the internet. Once the awful reviews were removed, service returned to the usual minimal assistance and contact. As time went on my applications were not followed up unless I made frequent request from them. I did all the follow-up work with the insurance companies MYSELF. I found out that several applications were submitted wrong and some were even closed without Bikham's assigned staff member notifying me. I was told by my assigned Rep that my applications were approved, at which time I opened the practice to those particular insurances and lost thousands of dollars, because billed claims were denied because my applications were either not completed or they were closed. I paid in full for 11 insurances and still have yet to be completed. Two of Pennsylvania's major insurance carrier applications were completed by ME.... not Bikham and it's a real shame that this organization advertises that it provides great service when in turn the customer is performing the work for himself. I have not recieved an email or follow-up in nearly 60 days even after sending several emails in December and January. I am very unhappy with their service and would not recommend this organization for credentialing insurances, especially in Pennsylvania.

The people that work for Bikham Healthcare are very helpful and knowledgeable. Jordan always goes above and beyond each time I call for help. Thank you for the great service!

Jordan did a great job fixing the problem I had with PECOS. I had tried for weeks and he fixed it in about 10 minutes! They are great!! Give Bikham Healthcare a call!

Whenever I had an issue I usually received a response very quickly and very courteous and helpful specialists would respond to my question and work on it at the exact time called to get it resolved if possible, if not they would get back to our office in a most timely fashion, Jordan recently has helped with some issues we had encountered that were not resolving and he got right on it and we are moving forward
