I am a disabled person and as such I need special accommodations. The massage therapist is showed up in my home was not prepared to accommodate me. I have COPD and when I lie down flat I need to have enough breathing space so that I can breathe properly. The table he opened up where my head would be had fabric completely covering the space. I told him I could not breathe. Also the way it was set up there was metal that was hitting me very uncomfortable. I told him I could not continue and to go home. Big toe does not want to refund me the $171 I paid them. I should have read the reviews beforehand. Do not use the service they are not worth it. They have no live customer service. The guy that showed up was not professional.

I recently booked a in-home massage through Bigtoe and wow, what an amazing experience! The whole process was super easy with their app. Sarah the therapist showed up right on time with all her gear - comfy massage table, relaxing music and amazing-smelling oils. She was professional, yet friendly, making me relaxed right away. The massage was pure bliss and I felt my stress melting away. She hit all my sore spots perfectly and kept checking in it was good. After the session, I felt like a new person. Booking was a breeze, the therapist was awesome, and the massage was top-notch. I'm def sticking with Bigtoe for my massages from now on. Highly recommend giving them a try if you want an amazing massage without leaving your house!

Good experience on first session

STAY AWAY FROM BIGTOE‼️ As a provider for this app I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst critics ‼️ They are very unprofessional and short change providers. Assignments are sent out over an hour away from your start point for $85 for hour massage and $114.50 at most for 90 minutes. They say your travel and tip is included and we can’t ask clients for tips or leave contact information. Clearly BIGTOE doesn’t know the market or what it takes to provide mobile services and they are indeed getting over on providers and their clients‼️ Last week I had to report a support team member, JAMES, for advising me I should clearly be on a different app since I had questions about the pay, as a new provider. I never heard back from admin on the issue and yesterday the breaks went out on my car and I needed to cancel 4 hours before my appointment. I was told “JUST TO LET YOU KNOW…..your account is in suspension” HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! As a matter of fact where is that information in writing. The app is basic and generic. There’s no contact number to speak with a live person you just texting misinformed people on the lowest tier of the company. I’ll take my chances marketing myself before I use or recommend this crappy service. This company is TRASH‼️

I scheduled an appointment through Bigtoe w/a provider for a massage. The evening of the massage, 15 minutes before the appointment I checked my phone and received no calls no notifications from them. 10 minutes before the appointment I got concerned so I reached out to the company, Bigtoe, through their support line to let them know that the provider was not there. About 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, Bigtoe shares that the provider was there and was trying to call me and didn’t get a response and that the place was dark. Not true!! There’s ample lighting. The provider did not leave a voicemail, did not text, did not email or even tried to ring the bell. My phone did not ring. Somehow, the provider provided BigToe w/a screenshot of the calls she made, calls that did not come through to my phone. My phone is fully operable in addition to I’m connected to WiFi! So either the company is a fraud and they’re scamming or they allow and support their providers scamming!

the massage therapist was horrible. pretty sure he does not know how to do a message. I stopped it within minutes. did not bring a table, was charged for CBD he did not have. I have back fractures and I cannot lie and be pushed on the bed. he did not know how to do lymphatic massage (that is a very skilled massage). this is a total scam. I am not sure this is more than an app. I could not get the guy to leave, he refused. I almost called the cops.

Big Toe Yoga is a scam. DO NOT USE.. They don't provide customer service, they don't provide phone access to discuss issues. They a a money hungry company that desperately needs your $99. Plus they fraudulently take a tip as well, on an appointment that they canceled. Money hungry scammers.
