No small talk. Told him was too hard and he did not lessen pressure. Did not change sheets after previous person. Did not cover face cushion.

Being a first-time customer I was very happy with my therapist. The problem was was that I thought I had ordered two massages through their website and picked out two massagers. I wrote in the names and everything and I only got one massage. I called them and they were going to make good on it because I am a first-time customer and get another masseuse there at 9:30. I paid for it and they never came. I don't think I got even as much as a sorry. Definitely not a discount or anything else. So the therapist there that I had Halle was great. I just wish my husband could have had the same experience I was hoping he was going to get. Shows a little unreliable and they don't care. If this hadn't happened it might have been 5 stars.
