BigToe is the most unethical company I have ever encountered. My experience with them was nothing short of a scam. The customer service was terrible, lacking any hospitality or respect. If you’re considering booking a service with BigToe, take this as a warning—don’t even visit their website. If I could give a 0 star review I would! I booked a couples massage for over $300 and didn’t receive the service at all. Our therapist drove by, rolled down her window, and simply said, “Oh, I’m not doing this,” because we had one flight of stairs and were at an Airbnb instead of a hotel. Danielle M. was incredibly disrespectful and needs to be held accountable. During the booking process, I specified that we were staying in a “hotel with one flight of stairs,” and I also noted in the comments that it was an Airbnb. Despite this, I was charged extra for both a “hotel fee” and a “flight of stairs fee.” I was under the impression that the therapists would review the details before accepting the booking, which should have clarified any concerns about the location. When I reached out to customer support, they blocked my chat, preventing any further communication. I emailed corporate to express my frustration, and they only offered a 50% refund, stating it would be processed in 24 hours. Why should I only receive half when no service was provided? A week later, I still have not received my refund or any response to my follow-up email. Avoid this company at all costs.

The location in question was not simply an Airbnb—it was a literal treehouse. Our therapists carry heavy equipment and must consider safety and feasibility when accessing locations like this. Asking them to climb into a treehouse with all of their equipment was not a reasonable request, which is why the therapists, understandably, refused the session on arrival
