Do not use this company. Gave them the address in their app and they couldn’t find it. Therapist asked me for directions. I’m from out of town, all I had was the address. When she was 15 minutes late, I told her it was too late and to cancel. They refused to issue a refund.

I am staying at Disney’s Pop Century resort. I’ve been tense and my idea of a vacation is R&R. I used the Big Toe App to book a deep tissue massage with Renpet S. She was AMAZING. Extremely relaxed and comfortable. Found my stressed areas even though I hadn’t mentioned some and after initial friendly conversation did an AMAZING and THOROUGH massage. Deep tissue, stretching, and good energy and vibes. The therapist and the therapy are one and this was top notch! If you need to relax and are in the Orlando area and or Disney I highly suggest booking services with Renpet S. It was great. As I wrote this I feel great, and this WAS the highlight of my vacation! PERFECT!

I had Kiiara from Charlotte North Carolina I have never in my life had a better massage. I am a survivor of a major car accident and I am a congestive heart failure patient so to help me get relaxation is difficult and if I happen to fall asleep on you that is a compliment, she had me asleep and the first 30 minutes out of a 90 minute massage, but kept quietly speaking with me to make sure that I was pleased with her process. She worked through therapeutic stretching tension release fluid release I could not have asked for more compassionate therapist, she was slow and methodical and many therapist go way too fast, going slow and taking time to understand the body and being intuitive is very important and she was all of this , best experience ever !

No sure about ALL of these negative reviews - my entire experience was GREAT! I booked a 1-hour sports massage on line. Booking service was easy and painless. After I booked my massage - I realized that I had made a mistake while booking - my wife wanted to receive a massage after mine was complete. I reached out to customer service via CHAT and was able to also book my wife's massage to be completed after mine ended. The customer service rep assisting my was great and solved my issue quickly and professionally. - though I would have preferred to be able to call and speak with someone "live" being an old dude - I prefer phone call to electronic text conversation. Regardless, Customer service assisted me and fixed my problem quickly. Massage therapist Swan was a joy. Both my wife and I enjoyed our respective massages immensely and plan on schedualing a massage every couple of weeks or so. Having a massage come to you in the comfort of your own home. is SOoooo much better than having to go out and drive to a massage location. We even purchased a massage table so that the therapist doesn't have to bring one. Our entire experience was FAB!

Do not trust this service. You can't even confirm an appointment before they charge you. It's all a scam. The booking page says, "You will not be charged yet" - You enter your card information and then it charges you.. Like what kind of business is this place running. Even then, you are automatically set up with a person without having the opportunity to choose, read reviews of the person, read a bio of the person? Whoever created this app, has poor business mindset. Poor service, do not trust.

First review I see is, "Horrible customer service!" My experience was a complete opposite. I reached out because I hadn't heard back realizing my email wrong. The rep fixed my info, booked, and confirmed our appointment.
