From sad to happy.
From sad to happy in a New York minute. I got a call from Mike and he assured me that EVERYTHING has been rectified with my order. I am extremely relieved because I am a teddy bear freak (especially the big ones) and now I know that I can trust BIGPLUSH with all my needs . very courteous and apologetic for the glitch. Customer service was worth the wait.....best I ever got! Thank you so much Mike😍

Hi Kathleen, It was very nice speaking by phone today. I'm glad we could get this figured out OK. Your new tracking number is being sent to you via email. We've added additional customer service staff this week to handle the high Christmas Holiday demand which was much higher than we anticipated. This should help prevent the problems you had last week getting through by phone. Let's stay in touch together until the new replacement gets shipped out in a day or two at most, and is delivered. There was an issue with the shipping, not coming by the date it was promised. However, the company gave us a full refund on our postage. Very courteous.....

Quality and Speed
I am very happy with my recent purchase of a giant teddy bear! It arrived in a few days and is as adorable as they come! The box it came in is a little deceiving because it seems too small for a giant 5 ft. bear but will be great to wrap and put under the tree - because who would ever guess it!?! I cannot wait to give it to my 13 year old daughter! I would definitely buy from BigPlush again! :)

Awesome bear!!
I got this for my 3 year old for Christmas. She hasn't seen it yet, but it's awesome. It was here super fast too. I couldn't believe it. Ordered it on Tuesday was here Thursday. The ribbon around the neck was perfect and so was the saying. Would definitely buy from here without hesitation.

Outstanding plush animal !
I chose between three large plush unicorns for my granddaughter, three different companies, and am thrilled with my BigPlush choice. Their website referred to the "high quality", and that's what caught my eye. This animal FAR exceeds my expectations; the quality is superb, and the silky softness is perfect for kids. I can tell it will last, and the 3-footer bends and is huggable. Thank you so much. Color is great, and the free message on the bow is really fun.
