I enjoy the healthy car special but getting told everything afterwards doesn't happen. I just look at the invoice. I looked under the hood he forgot to put the oil cap back ond take my light off my dash and rotated my tires wrong it was bumpy till I went to Discount tire

I went to the BIG O TIRE about 15 minutes from my place. From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable. From the fellow at reception, to the Service Manager ( Will ), I just knew that I found my go to place for not just tires, but overall vehicle service. Five stars all around My deepest appreciation to them all.

I want to give a two thumbs up to big o tires on west northern in Phoenix, AZ. Zack is the crew member that helped me. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, WELL VERSED ON THE BUSINESS THERE. Tammy in Colorado Springs is a blatant racist and I will not tolerate her disrespect ever again had my sons car towed and didn’t even call him first there are cars in that parking lot literally for years my sons car was there literally less then 24 not blocking anything and charge him 305 for the tow this racist manager is disgusting and should be fired

Been customers of Big O for many, many years. No problem with tires ..always pleased. However we started using Big O for oil change, filters and rotation. We went into the location on Gibson and 215..wanted oil change, filter, etc. They put the oil plug in so badly with an impact wrench that it was fused onto the oil pan. Tires were marked before taking in and they were never rotated. It took hours to retap and repair the threads on the pan. We will never go to this location ever again.
