Worst service EVER. They did more damage to the car then was there to begin with. We had missing bolts, lose bolts, a missing skid plate and the power steering leak we paid $1600 to fix is still leaking. Now the jeep is broke down in another town and they wont fix it in my town. Instead they gonna make me have to towed to pueblo to get it fixed. Whatever you do DONT GO TO BIG O TIRES. THEY ARE AWEFUL

My elderly father was seriously taken advantage of in Florence AZ. I would never take my car, or anyones car for that matter, to a Big O ever again. Serious crooks! Not to mention elderly abuse.

They over charged me by 1200.00 and they damaged my truck and won’t fix it . The one on boulder hwy in Henderson. New Manager is so rude he yelled at me told me to get out of the store . Beware of this place

A Big O in Tucson advertised a $79.00 premium oil change AND free wiper replacement. They did the oil change but said they could not find the correct wiper for my car. Done with Big ZERO!

I've never been so disappointed in a shop in my life especially with the manager Rob he is an unskilled lying man that will not accept responsibility for his own mistakes. And don't believe them no matter what it is good or bad they're all liars don't fall for the bad lug nuts trick like I did unless you plan on stopping every 2 to 5 miles to tighten your lug nuts and pray to God that they stay on until your next stop cuz they will keep coming loose every single one of them you're better off going somewhere else trust me

I'm back after 2 weeks when I got new tires and paid for an alignment. They tires were not aligned and driving on the freeway always made the steering wheel wobbly. I'm here again so they can check the alignment. Again. Waiting an hour. On a work day.
