Big O TiresReviews of bigotires.com

We were big fans of Big O until this week, being repeat customers, we were charged $35 to replace a valve stem that literally took 3 minutes and previously mentioned there would be no charge. Very disappointing. Will go elsewhere now.

Big O Brandenburg, Kentucky has friendly people, but my last couple visits were full of up selling. I'm on a fixed income and had always been treated well by them only suggesting necessary repairs. Also, they have a service person who has a very foul mouth and should keep his comments to himself or where waiting clients don't have to listen to him. Sounds like a very insecure person!

When the agent checked my tires he told me I had had the tires nine years not possible I was not living in AZ in 2016 which is the date on tire. Then he told me the tire was two years old when installed. After six years warranty expired which would have been in 2024 so actually I have had them from 2018 to 2025 not nine years. So they should tell customers that tires are two years old when installing the tires also warranty if they count the date on tires and not the actual date tires on car. Just ask questions because they do not tell you.

I enjoy the healthy car special but getting told everything afterwards doesn't happen. I just look at the invoice. I looked under the hood he forgot to put the oil cap back ond take my light off my dash and rotated my tires wrong it was bumpy till I went to Discount tire
