All of the staff, that includes front desk staff, and those behind the scenes are great!! Their very professional, patient, and they explain everything. I travel over 2400 miles a month and depend on the staff to keep my vehicle running and safe. I don't expect miracles, because my vehicle is getting older, but the Big O staff have been really great!! ANY COMPANY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK, SO, THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF. AND I LOVE THE WARRANTEED WORK.

Overall my visit to Big O tires in Rifle, CO was a breeze. I will say tho, the desk agents need to be BIG on paying attention to detail if they want to feel recognized above the rest. I have a breathalyzer in my vehicle and I made sure the desk agent and mechanics knew that ahead of time. Yet they proceeded to roll jump-start my car, (manual trans) this could have gone downhill pretty fast, as each violation/failure to register a breath test is close to 100$. Gotta keep your head on a swivel Randy Sr. I went in for a tire rotation and nearly walked out with a 100$ fine. Thanks for prompt work fellas.

I’m not sure which store the reviewers are talking about but the New Albany, IN store is one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had in a car service establishment. They do nothing without talking to me first, the disclose all charges and make me aware of warranties that I can use to mitigate the cost. The staff are friendly and helpful and ,best of all, honest.

Hi I am Matt and I had the most amazing wonderful experience at Glenwood store! I needed an oil change and check engine light on and had a flat spare tire and a low right front tire were my problem! First I walked in an got a super magnetic welcoming that pulled me in right from the start that I just worked into a business that made me feel that they were ready to hear my problems and full fill my desire of what my car need! So I got lucky and got manager Brandon. He could see what I needed with out even saying a words! His management skills was pure magic on my problem and a master at finding and giving me the perfect solution and product for what I needed and could afford! At the end of my time with this Magical environment that the Glenwood Big O family of friends enjoy to share with this community make me know one thing! They care about us from the moment you walk in and that helped me feeling I was apart of their family values! BEST TEAM OF CARING SOUL THAT WILL LOVE YOUR CAR! Just a tip from me to all! Tip whom ever is going to work on your car right when they take your keys! Make sure to tip the one touching your car! I usually don't go any higher than a $20! But I promise you! I have been not just a customer of Big O Tires on Menual, but I'm also an extremely thankful customer for their abilities in fixing any type vehicle.My first vehicle was recently totalled by a t bone from another driver.But before that accident, those guys at Big O pointed out what the problem was when a dealership did not.That 1 thing Ibelieved helped save my family from another accident which would result in a fatality.Then came a different car.That car also had alot of work needed and because of the great work and sound advice from past work, there was no question that the Big O team would come through again.Guess what they did!So to me the Best of the Best are at Big O on Menual.I know many will overwhelm them with work and I'm sorry.But they deserve to be praised and I truly thank all the staff there.I will be forever grateful for all their hard work.

My Vehicle: 2013 Ford Escape Titanium, FWD 66k mi. I can't say enough good things about the Big O Tire Store located on Pecos ave. in Henderson Nevada. Since moving 3 yrs ago to the area I have had Big O replace tires, all power drivetrain fluids and it now handles and drives again like new. Their kind recommendations have been spot on and welcomed as I am a retired machine builder and mechanic of 40 years but no longer setup to wrench much to maintain it by myself but only to recognize the importance of maintaining. Their efforts here during these Nevada summers have kept my vehicle safe, reliable, and fun to own and operate. Also thanks to Big O my MPG is again back to MFG's specs using premium gas and full synthetic oil changes every 5000 miles. I salute these Humble Hard Chargers at Big O, Pecos et al! I would like to give a shout out to Big o Tires located on 900 east and 4546 south for the team Tyler Kyle, Brad and to all the mechanics. I brought my car in to have it looked at for my engine light. they was so patient with me and took the time to listen to me and made me feel very comfortable to bring my vehicle to them. they took care of me helped me out with a ride home and picked me up.
