Terrible service and damaged items received. Finally after 6 emails i get a reply tellung me to contact a co. In China. What a joke. Patio furnature i bought from Big lots not China. Terrible customer service. I will never buy online from them again. Sent them photos as well. Pathetic service.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered online and still showing processing and when I ordered it said my items would be delivered by now. I called customer service, took three days and being on hold for an hour and 15 minutes before they picked up. Then they gave me no clear definite answer as to whether or not I will ever get what I ordered. Also not one single answer to the multiple emails I have sent, just a generated response. Screw you lady would have been more appreciated. I had ordered cushions for outdoor furniture that will be used for additional seating, would have been used, but doesn't look like that will happen in time for our family to arrive. I will NEVER purchase a single item ever again from this company! This is a rip off. I will have to go pick up some from Lowe's last minute and spend twice as much money because Big Lots literally couldn't deliver! Furious and I have 100% confidence that they will be out of business in a few years because everyone I speak to concurs that their service is sub par at best.

I don’t know which is worst their product or their customer service. I had two patio sets delivered one is completely damaged and customer service is not taking their calls. One store said bring it in the store? Do not waste your money or your time. Tried through Facebook messenger too, forget it.

I Clicked on the advertisement that said buy online and pick up at store. I bought a bolero recliner online and the store in Pensacola would not honor my purchase. I was told I ordered on the wrong website. I left numerous messages with online customer service with not 1 reply. I went to the store with order number and they still would not honor my purchase. Big Lots is a rip off with poor products and terrible customer service. I finally got my recliner weeks later and it is damaged.

Well I guess if you want something from Big Lots you can only purchase in store. I made an order online because they didn’t have all the pieces I needed in one location, nor in my area. Well my order and my shipping is still pending it’s been weeks later and when I contacted customer service. They assured me it was coming still, isn’t here yet and still pending in shipping. Which I don’t understand. Which Is strange because Other companies have shipped out items and I ordered from here way before I ordered from them. Even custom items that were made from scratch has been delivered to me and I’m still waiting on these items these were pre packaged items. Bad business practices.

I ordered new patio cushions. No doubt Big Lots has the best prices on replacement outdoor cushions. The only issue I had was delivery. The cushions came fast but whoever delivered it left the big boxes in my driveway, one was opened... no doorbell ring or notice they were even there. The last time they were delivered it was left on my porch not thrown in the drive way. That was crappy.

Above is in the thousands, and minus 1000 stars. P- poor customer service . They waited 17 days to put in my order for a bed and it's now 26 days and I still don't have my purchase though it's been ready to deliver for 5 days now. Don't order anything from these thieves you'll never get it

This Store is a rip off. It use to be a discount store, but now they are just ripping people off. I will never shop here again. one day you get something you like then when you go back they don't even have a price tag for it. Sad! Poor customer service. Last time I went there everything I wanted didn't have a price on it. that's when they pimp ya at the register. Ollie's is way better. the .99 cent store is way better.
