I had their old card - never got anything from it at all. Have their new one now, but won't be shopping there. Their customer service can't even return a letter I wrote them with my old card so they could find out why I never received anything from it. The least they could have done was written a note saying "Sorry" back or something - they could care less. I think from September 23, 2020 they could have responded with something, but nope

The rewards program needs to come to an end , the managers harass employees to get people to sign up for rewards cards and if we don't get a lot they basically make us feel less and like "we're not trying" so the whole thing needs to stop. I understand why people quit and never come in to that job and when closing the store it makes not sense for there to be only two people closing .

I bought a sofa and love seat in February of 2019 and bought the 3 year warranty. I put in a claim because the board that goes across the front of the sofa came away from the side of the couch when my daughter sat down on it as is the intended use for a couch. My claim was denied and after talking to them just now I am told itn was denied because it was not an accident nobody ever tols me it was an accident insurance warranty. This is a load of crap. If someone accidental dropped something on it and it broke it would be covered. Who accidentallydrops something big enough on their furniture to break the board????. If you buy furniture from big lots don't waste your money buying the warranty because more than likely they will not cover the problem unless it's a rip, tear, burn mark or nail polish on the cushions. I believe this is just a rip off to get more money from you. I have bought other furniture from big lots with no problems but I will never buy from them again and I will be telling all my friends not to also

big lot store in greeley,co. not a very good place to shop when a female employee their likes to flirt with shoppers

I worked there for about 2 months and it was definetely the worst experience I ever had. Worked as a stock associate in Winter Garden FL. The other associates were either extremely rude or didn't seem to care and management didn't care either. This is what the american work force is like these days. I quit after 2 months. The lead stock associate said that there is no talking on the cell phones during the shift and yet SHE was talking on the phone to someone during the shift! There's a contradiction in company policy and she should be reprimanded for this. Won't mention any names but she sure knows who she is! This place is the worst!

I'm so disappointed in this store in Madison Indiana. First time ordering furniture bought 1,500 dollar couch Broyhill Naple with ottoman. Plus grey barn door 65 inch tv stand. Took 5 weeks to come in. Drove an hour to pick it up. I based my whole living room around the grey barn door tv stand. They ordered the wrong one. The day i ordered it was confirmed by 2 associates that my order was correct with the items I chose. The sales lady didn't ask if i wanted to do anything besides a refund. No, can i help u order it make sure its right product nothing. She handed me my money back didn't say sorry for their mistake nothing rolled her eyes at me. Cause yes i was very upset cause my whole living room was a disaster now. Hospitality and kindness with customer goes along ways especially ones that are upset due to the stores mistakes. I left took couch home set it up all staples are coming off. We went to put feet on the couch out of 8 holes 5 was not drilled in to screw them on. I mean 1,500 isn't alot to some people. But that took me almost year and a half to save. I take pride in my home and value everything. This experience with big lots never again. The quality of their furniture is awful, customer service in store I'm speechless. If you can avoid buying from this store ur hard earned money I would .

Ordered a sofa online that I sat in in-store. Nice sofa, but 28 days later no delivery. Sent a email to customer service about status of delivery. Got Auto-reply. No status reply. Cancelled the order.
