Big CartelReviews of bigcartel.com

Great site for beginners, extremely easy to setup my store and get answers to any questions along the way.

Big cartel is an excellent platform for creatives. Easy to use, great value, excellent support when required and new features added regularly. I highly recommend! I have been using it for years now to sell different products, the transition from one product to another was easy.

Once you get used to the system layout it's so easy and 'help' although sometimes slow to respond IS very helpful. Would not now move to another platform.

Love that Big Cartel has AI-blocking features! I found it super easy to design my site with the template I chose, and they have great guides to walk you through all the business-y things like outlining shop policies and connecting payment processors. It feels like the whole service is made to work for artists and our needs.

It does have a A.I helper just incase I got stuck and it has a free plan. So Big Cartel is amazing if you want to build your website.

Very easy to run

Very easy to use and a fair price! But the thing I love the most about this site is how the devs (I think that's what they're called?) listen to feedback and implement it. I've been using Bigcartel since 2023 and every update so far has been an improvement! It's nice to know they're listening.

Excellent customer service. Reliable platform. Great customizable themes.
