I took the plunge and closed my Etsy shop. I signed up with Big Cartel and never looked back. My site is new but I’m willing to do my own marketing and feel good that I won’t be charged with the exorbitant fees and charges. Big Cartel’s support is superb and they answer all of your help questions immediately. Highly recommended!

My journey with big cartel has been amazing so far and easy to create a website without no problems. The only thing I say that should be added is sampling on how to print your labels. I where a new beginner like me can learn instead of looking at a video. Because there are people, whom works great with on hand learning skills and everything comes natural and fast just as a person who works better with just understanding and learning

It's beginner friendly. Easy to build websites in a simple format, friendly customer service via chat with a live person when needed, and I was able to automate my store via Printify. Also love that I can add both product/store reviews view Fera. I would highly recommend
