So sorry you're having trouble with your order! We don't take care of fulfillment for sellers using Big Cartel for their online shop, so we don't have info on your order. If you'll email us at [email protected] we can help you get in contact with the seller.

Hi Judith, Big Cartel is a platform for sellers to host their own shops outside with their own domain and owned audience. One of the reasons sellers choose to host their independent shops outside of the marketplace is to avoid the crowded environment. We hear from a lot of sellers that they use marketplaces like Etsy for distribution and also have their own shop so they can curate their audience. Each shop is independently responsible for it's own traffic. While this is different than some other discovery focused platforms, it is the model that works for our community of independent sellers.
