From my experience, Better U has consistently proven to be a wonderful holistic mental health care company offering very comprehensive care. The products, services, and excellent wrap around care far exceed other companies in this space I have seen. The interaction I have had with their various care teams is very genuine, and they are always compassionate and helpful.

Communication is almost non-existent. Even if you do get a response, the fastest is in 24-hours. If you call on a weekend, don't expect to hear anything until Monday. Support is even worse. If you want to talk to a provider or need need integration support, it's an extra $49 for 1/2 hour zoom/phone call. There's no real online way to do anything except order more and you're expected to self-serve with their app which is at best pathetic. Seems like it's real purpose is to distribute ketamine, not actually help people with depression/anxiety.

Better U is an amazing company but more than that. It’s a company with amazing people helping people like myself. They have the best support system psychiatrist doctors support people anybody and everybody you need to have your journey be a positive one and mine has been absolutely positive before I started this I could barely walk. It was extreme painful. I have CRPS, but after using Ketamine with this company for a small amount of time I became Pain friendly as I call it. It just means that my pain is manageable. It doesn’t go away, but because of you guys I have my life back. I hope people will win this and jump on the same journey. I have been taking it’s easy you do it at home in the privacy of your own house/bedroom wherever you choose to do it, it’s peaceful quiet and gives you an amazing experience. At home, you can choose to do it at whatever time you choose to do it I have chosen early in the morning so that I have the rest of my day to do a few things anyway, but I don’t know where I would be today if I had not started my Ketamine therapy with these wonderful people you will not be disappointed. You will not everyone is different and sometimes it works better for some than others, but I can tell you I can’t imagine it not helping to some extent. I am going to a class reunion for the first time in ALOT of years because my chronic pain has been too difficult for me to travel and enjoy myself, but I’m going this year because of you guys or partly because of you guys. I am doing things that a year ago I would not be able to do.

I have had the most amazing experience with “Better U”. The team is great at making time to speak with you at your convenience. The provider is always available. Support staff, Cathy, in general is the one for me. She is very knowledgeable, supportive, and I felt very comfortable speaking to her in regards to my questions and concerns! If I could rate them higher I would. I highly recommend them. My first time I had a great experience and I continue to stay with them. I feel comfortable and confident in this relationship with the team.

Great support, kind and helpful staff, overall a very positive experience

I have been on SSRI's on and off through out my life. Many times waiting for it to kick in, only to find out the side effects were horrible and it only made me feel a little better. Then the next steps would be to try another SSRI.... just trial and error. After my first ketamine therapy session that weight on my shoulders and darkness that always seemed to be there was gone!

BetterU does not just give you the medication and leave you to figure it out on your own. They are there with a complete program and guides all the way. They are accountable to their clients and make the process as smooth as possible.
