Can’t say enough positive things about this program. It has been literally life altering. My loved one said she didn’t recognize me after my first session. I am not saying this is typical but I am saying it works for me. I’m certain there are many people out there who have tried all sorts of anti-depressants/mood stabilizers with less than stellar results. Give this a try if you fit into this category. It has improved my life, my relationships, my connection to this planet and the people and beings in it. My connection to my higher power and most importantly my relationship to myself. I used to be abusive to myself in the way I spoke to myself, in the way I thought. I used to think about conversations I’d had days, weeks, months, even years ago. While I’m sure the person I had the conversation with never gave it a second thought. I used to worry incessantly about what others thought of me or about something I did ten years ago. I don’t do that anymore. I am compassionate towards myself and towards others yet I have remained me. Like I said I can go on and on about how this program has benefitted me and my loved ones.
