BetterU came into my life at exactly the right time. I’ve been doing healing work for nearly thirty years, and this experience felt like an important and meaningful addition to that journey. The combination of the treatment, team, and therapeutic approach offered me enlightenment and support I had not experienced before. This was a game changer for me. After navigating significant trauma, stress, and loss throughout my life, I feel calmer, lighter, and more free - as though my nervous system has finally had an opportunity to fully reset and restore. I feel less tied to the weight of the past and, perhaps most importantly, genuinely excited about the future for the first time in a long time. I’m very grateful for this experience and the role BetterU and their team have played in my continued healing.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Better U Care and ketamine therapy. I was hopeless, was in extreme depression, and mentally stuck in my repetitive negative thoughts. From the very beginning, I felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. The entire process was explained clearly, and I never felt judged or uncomfortable. The treatment itself has given me a different perspective on things I’ve struggled with for a long time. It’s hard to put into words, but I feel like it has helped me step outside of some of the thought patterns that used to feel impossible to break. I’ve gained a little more clarity, hope, and ability to look at things differently. What I appreciate most is that the experience didn’t feel rushed or impersonal. The people at Better U Care made me feel like I was more than just another patient. If you’re considering ketamine therapy and are nervous or unsure about taking that first step, I would absolutely recommend looking into Better U Care. I’m very grateful I gave it a chance.

I love this company. They are so supportive all the way thru and the integration sessions with Alejandro are really eye opening. Appreciate him as well as the doctors and the rest of the team. The whole experience has helped me finally get to the bottom of my depression and helped me understand the world as a neurodivergent person who sometimes struggles to keep up processing wise. I highly recommend :)

After a video meeting with BetterUCare this morning, I felt that leaving this review was well deserved and can provide other people a summary of my experience with BetterUCare. It was such a pleasure to meet & speak with Cathy. She has a great deal of experience. She is patient and kind. I talked too long and she very kindly offered to have a followup call for later today. I continue to be very impressed with BetterU and with those whose careers are focused on helping to make people's lives better. I know I repeat myself often, but excellence does not happen accidentally. It happens when company owners, management and individuals have people as their first priority. I have often said that if I ever owned a business, my priority would not be maximizing the money from a customer. People feel this in the interactions. I believe a business is most successful in their goals, purpose and even revenue when a customer finishes their interaction with the business and they leave being very happy that they interacted with the business. It's similar to what I tell my children. When choosing a career, money should NOT be the primary consideration. Look inside, consider what makes you happy. Find your passion in life. Hard work, kindness, and consideration of others will yield success. The money will follow. Thank you so much for helping me to live a better life. There's a lot to untangle and deep dives are what gets it done. I'm amazed and thankful to whatever angel found me on this road to sanity. Kelsey is the best.
