I have not received my order or a confirmation of my order. I will have to wait to receive my order. It has been a while.

I tried to order for a month or 2 and found that my PW was wrong on my account. I tried to change it, however, they never sent me the option to do so, when they said they did. I made a new account with another email I have. I ordered the Radio New genucel order and substituted the jawline trmt for a 2nd immediate effects on the phone. I had it in the cart as well. So I asked if she sees it in the cart , she said yes. In the cart was a free primer as well. I did not get that. I also got a different radio offer with immediate effects 2. No Primer. I called on a Sunday left on hold then hangup. They sent my order to my old email and not the new one where I had the cart full of the order? Now I sent them an email under the email that I had in the cart with the order number and we shall see if they correct. Bottom line: they used to be easy to order. Since December 2020, they are not. I asked them if they needed help? They said no, just busy. I disagree, they need more HELP. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Oh and I have over 1000 points, now they said they only apply 10 points to every order? WHAT?

I've ordered Chamonix products for my wife for years. She loves the Esotique RF cream. We used to order by phone but now online is seamless. Good packaging and fast delivery, great quality products that actually work!

I placed an order back in December due to a radio ad. Didn’t realize it was a recurring order. My fault I know. However, I never received an email reminding me of funds that will be removed. I placed another order a few days ago. Only emails I have received are for me to rate the website. I haven’t yet received my order confirmation.

I placed my order on a Tuesday evening. I paid for overnight shipping expecting to have my product by Thursday or Friday at the latest. As of Sunday afternoon, the package still hasn’t come. I have requested a refund for the overnight shipping and will be returning the product, if I ever receive it
