I've used this company for a few years, now and have never been disappointed in any product I purchased. Many I've used since the first time trying it. The only issue I have is that to cash in your points you must call, there is no way on line to use them.

The ordering experience was ridiculous. I got numerous error messages stating that some information was incomplete, when it wasn't. After logging out, I received email confirmation of my order. This makes no sense. I consider myself lucky that I didn't end up inadvertently placing multiple orders due to the multiple, seemingly failed, attempts.

I do like Chamonix products. Only gave it 4/5 stars because it doesn't seem to work as promoted on radio, but it works. I am a guy that uses these products religiously - and have noticed a big difference in my 48 year old face. Fine lines have faded, puffiness around the eyes have faded. I will keep using this product - better than oil of Olay, or anything else you can buy out there. Thanks.
