Long wait time to reach representative. Understandable, I suppose, given situation. Went online and placed order quickly. Now I will be waiting to see. If delivery happens within 5 - 7 days as advertised.

So far ordering is a snap. Spoke with someone on the phone to fix a mistake I made and she was very couteous and nice.

Great products

When I called to see why my order had not come after a week and a half, I found the lady never placed the order, you had no record of it. You did have a record of my call where she did put me in the club for points. I am now waiting another week for my order. I would have thought you would have rushed my order (express shipping) since it was your error and good customer service (like some companies I order from) don't make me wait another whole 7 or so days, I get my order in about 2-3. days, which makes a great impression and a feeling of being appreciated.

Quick -- easy

This one complicated website. I understand with technology and safety meas- ures in place it's different now. But really?? You aren't the only one's like this but this seems especially difficult. Sorry! I love your eye gel!!
