No one answered the phone after 20 min There was no easily accessible chat to help advise. Access is terrible and the site would not take the promo code in the brochure. The products I have used in the past were helpful.

Don't bother ordering. If the product doesn't work for you not only getting your money back is like impossible but you will receive thru auto shipment another package which you will not be able to return for a refund. Before ordering read their terms which is buried on their website.

I've ordered my second set of skin care. I am enjoying the results I'm seeing.

i purchased 2 and rec'd two but it would not let me apply the special offer of MAR21-1 for the free Esotique-RF. I tried numerous times, but it said that it did not exist. Very disappointed.

This order was off your flyer for March and April savings. Title buy 2 get 2 free when I placed the order I do not see the free goods, also I spent over $150.00 and should have got the MAR21-1 free gift. I did not see where that has been added

If I could give them a "0" for customer service I would have. I called them about a week after I received the product because I developed a rash that covered my whole face. I ended up having to take 3 rounds of steroids to finally get ride of the rash. Evidently the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing there. When I called about the auto shipment ($154) They said they had no record of me calling about my problem and they would not give me a refund. I wouldn't be so upset if the product worked for me. I am retired and living on a limited income, and don't appreciate the cold response of the person I talked to.
