Chamonix Skin CareReviews of betterskintoday.com

Your advertisement was buy 2, get 1. I clicked on it and it had no discount code to to fill in. I ordered 2 face moisture cream and 1 eyelid creme. Products bought showed 3, which is correct, but no free product from the sale. Disappointing!!

This is my first order. I have heard so much about your product on FOX 710 radio. I will see what my rating will be after I get the product.

They charged my account a second time months after my first purchase. They used a bogus phone number for the charge (out of service) No one answers the phone listed in the contact information. The message says use the chat on the website but there is none.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is a nightmare. First the product is useless - I have used many anti-wrinkle creams over the years, including ones that have instant effects as Chamonix Instant Effects claims to. It does absolutely nothing. And that would be bad enough for the price, but the real issue is the scam that you will read about in every comment below: they will charge your card for products you didn't order and then refuse to refund you when you contact them to ask why $100+ has been taken out of your account without authorization. When this happens to you (and it will) it will be close to impossible to contact Chamonix and if you do manage it, you will be told that they have a no-refund policy. This is a lie: they cannot sell you something without your permission and you can in fact get your money back by sending back the items. But then there's another scam: they tell you send it back "Return to Sender" to save you paying postage. We didn't trust them, so we ignored that instruction and instead sent the unsolicited products back and paid for tracked post. When we got notification that the products had arrived at Chamonix, we contacted them again and they claimed they hadn't received the package. It wasn't until we told them we had proof of the package arriving that they *magically* suddenly found our package. After months of fighting, we did manage to finally get the money back for the products they charged to my card but it was difficult every step of the way. Everything to do with this company is a scam and it has caused us so much distress. My advice is simply do not ever give this company your credit card information or buy their product. I will post this review anywhere I can to warn other potential customers.

I wanted to speak to someone to change my credit card info. No one answered. You took my order and charged amount on credit card I thought was closed I presume.. Leaves me wondering what happened.

So far everything is great. Haven't had a problem with online ordering. My skin feels softer but I really haven't had enough time to see any effects. So I don't know if its working or not. I took a picture of my face before I started the treatment but its too soon to tell and I have alot of damage because I didn't know certian things about how to take care of your face. So all new to me.

I love this products! I am 60 years young, sceptical and don't expect miracles. I am prone to break outs, enlarge pores, dark sun/age spots. I spend alot of money on crems and lotions, like many of us girls, however after only 1 week with Chamonix Skin Products I notice my skin being pleasantly prettier the overall tone/hue is uniform, no break outs, no allergies, soft and elastic to the touch and the pores have settle to a normal size, I am positive the results will get better with time The price is affordable, I receive the package every other month with items I'm interested for my beauty regime, and I bought some extra products today. I am highly satisfied the products are great and do make a difference. Jacqueline Van De Pol Scottsdale, Arizona

I made an error with my order but Tammy, online, corrected it for me! She was very helpful. I appreciate her and love Chamonix products! Thank you!
