The materials I received in the mail announcing a "summer sale" were highly misleading. I read them to believe that the particular product I wanted to buy would cost ten dollars less than i had paid for it in my last order. Instead it cost $30 more! I did order it anyway, though, because I love the product. Also, because I at first couldn't figure out why there was such a price disparity when I went on line to place my order, I tried calling you and no one was available to talk to me. The excuse given in the recording was COVID 19, which is a very lame excuse at this point in the pandemic.

Over all the site was easy to use. I had to use the website on a flyer I got in the mail. When I just tried to go onto the site under the name of the product it gave me a different deal. However I was able to log in from the flyer name.

I like the cleanser as it makes my skin feel totally clean. However, I do think your order processing needs work. I received another order of your products and I did not place an order for the items. Please remove any reorder information from my account. Thank you.

I got a flyer in the mail to get a discount now if you bought three or more products. I could not get the website to work for me with a discount. I put the code in it said to use and did not work. I still purchased a few things but stopped after 3 because the program did not work for me. That's my only complaint.

Be careful when checking out; it is easy to end up with an offer you do not want since it is unclear that if you do not find the fine print below the offer and check it, the product is added to your order. I ended up being billed for an item I do not want.

I love your products however how do I use my points?

I am genuinely amazed by how well Chamonix skin products work. The difference in my skin is undeniable. Dark spots have lightened, fine lines reduced, and general appearance is much brighter. I will never go back to any other products!
