I received a brochure in the mail titled summer clearance event summer sale up to 55% off with a code of AUG22-45 for buying three items you get 45% off or AUG22-55 4 x 4 items and get 55% off and on the front it says promotion expires September 5, 2022 promo code AUG22-U1. When I try to use these codes upon check out it said that those codes were not valid and it also says to use the code after you add each item so that’s what I did but it still didn’t work. The website now says 25 to 35% off so I went to check out use the code went back to each individual one and use the code and then it came up at a cost of $229. I was very happy I thought well that’s even better than I originally thought. Then I received a confirmation stating that I ordered the favorite package for regular price no no no no. I ordered the favorite package plus the individual items on the brochure. The Gen90 instant treatment for under eye bags plus the genXV with a free travel size. My receipt an order confirmation omitted the Gen90 as well as the Gen XV. These items are normally very very expensive so if I’m able to get $559 Worth of items for $229 then I’m going to buy it and that’s the only reason why I did.

I needed Chamonix Cristalles. The product lasted for a year. I was happy to see that the product was still available since it was a while that I ordered it. The product is excellent. I would highly recommend it. It makes your skin very smooth and gives your skin a youthful glow. Keep up the good work!

I do not want to deal with this company anymore. The entire process is deceptive.

It said 15% off first purchase and I did not get. Said 25% off two and 35% off 3 and that didn't happen either. Then when I checked out it gave me option for 30% off for 20 min. I tried to go back in and buy something and 30% was not applied. Big disappointment

Just did not want a reoccurring order option but I know I can cancel.

I just made an order (Order 2217882) and I was suppose to get 50% off my second orders. The site says it would apply the discount at checkout, yet it did not. You billed me $660 when it should have been $495. I am a long time customer and am VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Not sure I'll come back again
