Difficult using website. Had to sign up for subscription to order. Do not want subscription

Ordering online is fine. Wrong items were shipped with my order. While I appreciate that you are sending the correct product with return label for wrong items, you missed an opportunity to win me over to being a customer in those wrong items. Some companies say, “oops, our bad. You keep those to do what you want with them.” to entice customers to try and in the future buy those same products. Or car dealers whose loaner cars are the newer models to entice service customers to buy new. That’s okay. I will just send those back. Also and not related to this order, as a subscription customer, I get way too many calls to sell me more product. And area codes are all over the place, I feel like I am being scammed.

First couple applications, left a white cake-like product under my eyes. Now the liquid coming out is clear. I can see some improvement, but not much lessening of puffy eyes. I'd be grateful for any tips or hints. I will also up the stars, in the future, if I find more improvement. Fast Shipping. Thanks Peace to All

I feel that the more expensive products should be offered at a better discount. The buy 3 get 2 free was for limited products which I had already tried and felt were ineffective
