Easy shopping experience.

I was considering reordering this product when they just took more money out of my account and wouldn’t give it back. They said it was part of a subscription :(

My experience was somewhat confusing due to the payment method was missing in the checkout process. I had to click on the form where it should have been? It came up then and I didn’t have any other problems. I also could not find the special that was being advertised on the radio for free items if you ordered the eyelid serum?

Easy purchase experience. I kept my items in the cart over 24 hours and they were there when I went back the next day! So convenient!

Order placement friendly.

I would like to give 5 stars because the product is wonderful! But customer service is pathetic. It's great when you order, but try to cancel an autoship? Or make changes to it? I've played telephone tag for a couple of weeks now. Customer Service is always too busy to take the call, so someone takes your number and supposedly passes it through to whomever and they will, again supposedly, call you back. One time they did call me back, but I was at work and unable to take the call. I've been trying again all day today and they will soon be closing for the day and yet no one has contacted me yet... My autoship is to go out today and I've been trying for 2 weeks to change it. If it ships, I'm going to be really upset!!
