Made my skin flaky and dry, also after the second use I had a chemical burn on my undereyes because this product is extremely STRONG, it did not even do what it claimed to do.

It was Easy....the only improvement i would suggest is that when running a special that the total you will owe show before you go to the Pay toggle...some are not good with math and it may be prohibitive. And I was given a place to tell you how I heard about you....but none of the options really gave "Podcast" and a place where i could tell you I heard about you on a Podcast by Dan Bongino....I love him...make sure he gets some credit.

Website is easy to use and great looking. Promo codes supplied while I was browsing did not work. Knocked one star off the rating because of that.

I was supposed to get a third product free and did not see how to order it.

My order came quickly, but was missing one item. I called customer service, someone answered but said no one in customer service was available. He took my information and said someone would call me back. It's been 24 hours, still no call.

Re: order #97314. For this order, i need it to go to a different address. I ordered online and it did NOT give me the option to change the shipping address, the system just defaulted to my billing address, IT IS HORRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING that it did that. I am NOT satisfied with your online order system. Further, i did NOT allow me to go back and edit my order infor. like Amazon.

Ordered the skin care product on Feb. 14th. Trustpilot' stupidity is illustrated, i.e., have not received the product in the mail!!
