The only complaint that I have is that I didn’t get a notice when my order shipped. I had to call customer service to make sure that it would arrive by Christmas. Other than that it was a smooth experience.

Shopping experience was easy. Would like to see instructions on how treatment is applied and how often. As a 68 year old male, who is interested in using some of the products, it is important to me to know how often the treatment needs to be applied to get the best results. If it is at night and /or in the morning, it will be fine. If it is during the day, it won't work. I can't pause in the middle of a job to be applying treatments.

It said there was a 35% discount on one item automatically in check out. I had ti try 4 times. First nothing, went out and back in, then it gave a 5% discount. Went out to Try again. NO discount. Went out and tried for the 4th (and Last) time again. This time it worked!!!! To much time trying to get it to work!
