I love the product but you cannot order online if you are a club member the online process was painful and double the price. I do appreciate a phone call I got almost 24 hours later to remedy the situation but the initial experience was off-putting.

I can't review something that I have not received yet. I paid for X true fast delivery and it's been a week and still have not received my item. In the age of Amazon this doesn't live up to good delivery. I have to leave town in a couple of days and don't want items at my door, I think you can understand that.

I have ordered these products for 3 years now I will keep ordering them till my death bed. Gotta look good.

My husband is doing well on his turkey neck program. He wants to order another tube. Thanks for a good product.

Outstanding customer service so far

The products I ordered weren't quite right for me, and I wanted to be sure to cancel "subscription." I called Chamonix and was immediately connected to a real person. Monica, the rep, was great. She cancelled subscription immediately, and asked if I might want to try one of the company's other products. When I replied, "no thanks," she was not aggressive or pushy. She was pleasant. So, maybe, the products weren't great (for me), but customer service was great.

Chamonix’s customer service is excellent. The website is easy to navigate and the company makes a special effort to insure you are happy with their products.
