Easy and quick shopping

The products are great - but there is a huge disconnect in getting any information on the progress of my order. Pestered to write a review when I can't get any information on my order. Emails not ansered, chat doesn't work. Chamonix is a mess.

Hate your website and ordering by phone. The "deals" you send are so hard to find once online. My loyalty points are never used because both online and by phone they aren't accepted. Nightmare. If I didn't love your product I would have been gone a long time ago. Stop using phone people who don't know the product or barely the language. Stop making me wait on hold for an actual salesperson or be called back by a salesman. So 1987 Amway. A live sales person should answer the phone. One whi speaks clearly and knows the products. Go visit any retailer's website, jjill, kohls, Macy's, Eddie Bauer, etc and see how they do their website. You can find their specials and sales because they want you to, not like your company. Check out Amazon for how to use points. The experience with your company is embarrassing.
