The website is set up well for a positive shopping experience, and it is easy to find what you want if you know what you want. My only difficulty is that for some types of products, like anti-wrinkle products and some others, it is hard to determine the best product for me when there are several different products that seem to do basically the same thing. It's not really clear what the differences between them are. Overall, I have been pleased with the Chamonix products I have used so far, which are eye care products.

We became aware of their skin care products through a TV commercial. We called to order. Their operator wanted us to agree to automatic periodic shipments. We refused. They shipped the products despite our refusal of automatic shipments. We wanted to return the product but they claim they don't accept returns. To add insult to injury the products DON'T work as advertised
