I love your products and have been using them for a few years. My only critique is that your website is tricky to use on my cell phone. If you could make that a little easier to navigate, that would be eonderful.

I extended my month of auto ship, twice. July 15, 2019 my new date. This was confirmed with Nicole at the company. On May 30, 2019 They sent a shipment and immediately billed my Credit card. I called and Nicole agreed this was their mistake. She said, upon receipt return unopened to the company. I would get a full refund. I took it to the Post Office and wrote Return to Sender, along with a return # provided by Nicole. Many emails and phone conversations later, The company is still refusing to return my money. I DO Not have the product, nor did I order it. My credit Card is now disputing with this company, I was told by Nicole to remove the dispute and I would get my money back faster, as they now have to deal with my banker. I provided her his name and direct phone number as well as dispute number. Its been nearly two months.. "Give my money back." Prior to this I was not opposed to the product, however if this is normal practice, they are not worthy of anyone's trust, nor your credit card info. NEVER Fall for Auto ship..............

Good results but too expensive for me.

I bought this product on good faith, after hearing Hannity rave about the results he and his staff got using it. I've used the product for just over a month now with ZERO effect. I'm very disappointed and will request a full refund. Hoping they honor their claim for that.

I received gift package from my boss and after using for a few months I’m hooked! This product works I’ve used countless products in the past which have now been thrown in the trash-Genucel products from Chamonix have replaced them!Thank You Chamonix/Genucel and of course my boss for the introduction 🤗Sincerely Cynthia Hibbs
