Chamonix Skin CareReviews of betterskintoday.com

Just a challenge - different process than most sites I have used. I am sure I will get used to it and have an easier time next time.

Haven't been using the product long enough to be a judge on how it works. The shopping experience was easy. Web site easy to use.

I attempted to return unopened product and was told they will not accept it. I checked the website and it states that product is returnable within 4 months but at the end of the policy it states that only the first shipment is returnable. Others are not. (I was on automatic shipments.) So now I have $137 worth of product that I don't want and they won't take back. Poor company policy and I would think, probably not even legal. I am disputing it with the Better Business Bureau.

Edited post: I recently posted a poor review after trying to discuss an order with a representative on the weekend. I am editing my initial review because Chamonix has kindly called me and they were very understanding. Their representative was extremely accommodating. I love their products and now that this company has reached out, they are trying to improve their services even more. I am now a happy customer👍

love your products, love your deals. I see a visible difference!

Able to find what I wanted and easily order.
