Great customer service

I went in for a covid test. With a prescheduled appointment, the wait time was short. I was in and out in 45-60 minutes

Very helpful staff and also very knowledgeable. You never have to wait to be seen either

Excellent service: appointments happen on time, facility is clean, spacious and uncrowded. All the staff were professional and courteous. So much better than the Patient First experience.

I presented with kidney/urinary tract infection symptoms, and the staff confirmed the dx in a timely, professional and freindly manner. Thank you!

My experience was very efficient and informative. I made my appointment online and was called into the office upon my arrival, without waiting in a communal area. The nurse and doctor were very timely with my tests and results, to include explanations of my condition and expected rehabilitation.

There was open availability for me to schedule a same day COVID test. The facility was clean. The visit was brief. The staff was kind and professional. My only suggestion would be that signage be placed in the parking lot alerting patients to call before entering the building. Honestly that may have been there and perhaps I didn’t see it because I did enter the building upon arriving and was asked to wait in my car to be called, which was fine.
