The room I was put into for my covid test had not been wiped down. There was hair on the bed. I told the receptionist when she put me in the room and she ensured me it had been wiped down. The nurse who gave me my test had to wipe it down. Then the room I was put into to wait in for my results also had not been wiped down.

I hobbled in suspecting I might have fractured my ankle. I never sat in the waiting room - straight to registration, then to exam room, then to X-Ray. Indeed, I had a fracture, was fitted with a boot, and on my way. I was treated quickly, respectfully, and accurately. Could not ask for more from an urgent care facility.
