Poor direction on handling symptoms. I specially asked what to look for and the only response I received was what required a visit to the emergency room. Fortunately, I visited my primary physician, who prescribed antibiotics and medicines to avoid my condition worsening. Shame on you.

The staff is honest & kind. Starting with the reception area, they make sure to get to you checked-in on a timely fashion. The nurses treat you like a person (not a number), and the providers are very thorough in making sure every issue is addressed before patient check-out. Great experience over all.

BetterMed has been great, every time. There is usually no wait, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the doctors and nurses have explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend for your urgent care needs!

BetterMed looked at my leg and instructed me to go the Hospital Emergency Room. They wanted to ensure it was not a blood clot. I immediately went there and discovered that I have lymphedema. I really thank BetterMed for suggesting this to me.
