Great service!

I had to wait longer than expected with an appointment but once I was taken back things moved smoothly. NP was excellent and this was my second time she has been seen by myself or family member. I gave 5 stars due to her care. That was my first time making an appointment Instead of a walk in so expected not to have to wait to be seen. I was trying to get in and out on a work day

Very thorough job

I went in for a drug screening on a Saturday morning, and when I arrived they said it would "only be a few minutes wait." It turned out to be over an hour. Once I was called back the NP was great and I was out in less than five minutes.

I am very happy with Better Meds. Quick, accurate results, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable.

My experience was great. I have been to other urgent cares where I’ve waited an hour to be seen. Not at BetterMed, your staff got me in and out in a timely manner. I really appreciated that.

The visit was phenomenal, the staff was great, very kind and accommodating. By far the best urgent care visit we've ever had
