Good doctors, long waiting

Super fast efficient service, polite staff, never have to wait more than 15 minutes. My go-to urgent care facility.

The office was clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The doctor took the time to explain everything and write down all the instructions we needed.

You were unable to help me and sent me to an emergency room.

I called first to ask if my insurance was accepted, so after finding out it was I went. I walked in and no one acknowledged me, the girls behind the counter were making plans I assume for a snack or lunch, they were exchanging money. Then I was told to sign in on the keypad. After doing that I waited for the receptionist to take of the other customer. Then she called for the person by last name only, no big deal being that I was the only one, but in my opinion not professional. Then after I sat down she gave me paperwork to feel out, then asks for a debit or credit card. I was shocked!! I had been there many times before and I never had been ask for that. Not even my co-pay. I was always billed and always paid. So I told her no way was I going to give them that. So I left. How can a emergency medical company do this. It could easily wipeout someone’s money without them knowing until it was to late.

I called Thanksgiving Day. Dr. Rivera spoke with me at that time. I arranged to come in the next day, late morning. Arrived, registered-(processing was quick and easy).Dr. Rivera quickly addressed my condition with procedure and treatment, provided thorough consultation and guidance and soon after, thanks to the efforts of Dr. Rivera and his assistant I was feeling better and out the door, on my way. The very best facility, care and treatment I have experienced in a walk in medical treatment center EVER. Thanks.

I took my daughter to The Regency Square location on Friday after Thanksgiving- having never been before we checked in online. We were immediately greeted and had all of the paperwork signed within 10-15 minutes. The faculty was extremely clean and new, the staff extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to my daughters needs. We met with Brittney Walls within minutes. She quickly diagnosed my daughters symptoms and a treatment plan. Some medication was provided on premises and we were well on our way knowing we were on the road to recovery. I no longer need to wait hours at the Patient First on Parham..
