Terrible experience! Only dr I’ve ever been too where they need a credit card on file. Plus refused to give me antibiotic until 5 days later when symptoms became unbearable

I made an appointment online and as soon as I arrived, I was called to check in. I was seen and was able to leave in a loud an hour. Very convenient!

I have always liked Better Med but I was incorrectly diagnosed this last visit. Ended up at the ER. So I was not pleased.

I've had one good experience here. A very fast visit. The PA/RN ? was very nice, and listened well. She took my concerns about the meds seriously. On the most recent visit, my 12 year-old daughter received a nasal swab to test for flu. She had a sinus infection begin only a day or two later. We are almost certain the infection is linked to the swab. I don't know if is due to bad technique, or just the invasive nature of the test. I would recommend against that test!

You totally misdiagnosed me, saying I had sciatica when the lump in my hip was caused by a fistula. $163 & a course of prednizone for NOTHING! Now, thx to this, I'm having surgery that could have been done weeks ago. This is causing me to lose more money because I have to cancel a trip to California. If I could give you a negative rating I would. NEVER AGAIN!!!

They took me in right away, didn’t have to wait and gave me what I needed
