Had a great experience at BetterMed in Ashland. Didn't take long to get me to the back, the doc was straightforward and took care of me, and the cost was always upfront and reasonable. I came here initially based on the recommendation of a family member and a coworker, and I too will recommend this urgent care.

I think most all the time you all are great. This particular trip the doctor lacked some bed side manner but other than that it was good.

BetterMed has a really good business plan and provides great medical care on a "urgent care" basis. Just set an appointment, or not, and go. They will take care of you if it is within their ability to do so.

We've been to BetterMed a handful of times over the last couple of years for a variety of issues and we've always had a great experience!

Great place to go, never a wait and very clean. The staff is very nice and patient. I would drive extra miles to go here than those other aftercare facilities.
